Greenhouse Cluster Development Project
Imereti Agro Zone is pleased to announce the official launch of the Request for Proposals (RfP) for the Greenhouse Cluster Development project, involving a substantial 220-hectare land plot:
61 ha land plot in Baghdati municipality and 159 ha land plot in Tskaltubo municipality. We welcome individuals and organizations interested in greenhouse farming and investment to explore purchasing desired portions of infrastructurally fully developed 220 ha agricultural land plot. This opportunity enables you to leverage unique advantages exclusively available within Imereti Agro Zone’s project scope.
Additionally, Imereti Agro zone invites interested parties to submit Alternative Proposals for project development consistent with the objectives of the Imereti Agro Zone Greenhouse Cluster Development Project, and/or to buy LLC IAZ's shares. The interested parties should submit an Alternative Proposals by the process of announced Request of Proposals.
Timeframes and process
The Request of Proposals (RfP) requires applicants to submit a binding proposal based on the requirements set out in this RfP process.
The RfP process seeks to engage the private sector to develop proposals that will meet the project objectives competitively. Accordingly, IAZ intends to enter into contractual arrangements to deliver the project with the applicants that best meet this requirement.
To register as an applicant, interested parties must provide the completed Returnable Schedules.
